This email is to notify everyone of a network maintenance window from 12:00 to 1:00 AM Sunday, September 28th. This will be our first connection disruption during last 8 months. The window is to upgrade the supervisor card in one of our distribution switches. Although this maintenance is limited to one distribution switch, it has the potential to affect all customers so we are notifying everyone. We are allowing one hour for the maintenance, but the actual downtime should be much less if the upgrade goes smoothly. We are aiming for as little as 15 minutes of downtime. Please be advised of this scheduled maintenance window and allow for adequate time to pass before opening up any support tickets during this maintenance window.
