Simkl today released Promo Manager http://promo.simkl.com, a FREE service for promoting your Website, Startup or Online Shop on Twitter and Blogs in exchange for giving away Invitation codes and Promo codes (Coupon codes, Vouchers, etc…) to your users.

If you have something that people want (a Coupon code, Invitation code, some content hidden behind a secret URL, etc…), you can exchange it for a post on user’s Blog or Twitter account using Simkl Promo Manager. Simply add your promo codes to Simkl Promo Manager, enter what you want users to Tweet. Simkl will create a special page for your promo code or Invitation code which you can give to your users. Enhanced Version of Simkl Tray Released into the Wild for Windows Live Messenger

One of the first major Extension release for Windows Live Messenger v8-v14, called Simkl Tray, has been given an overhaul with all new features for WLM.

What was already a simple and fully loaded app for Simkl IM History Saver to begin with, the new version brings users:

Adds an Extention for Windows Live Messenger v8-14
Software based solution that saves all incoming and outgoing messages from WLM
Ability to save conversations to Simkl even if you use additional encryption software to encrypt all outgoing and incoming messages.
Easy access to History Viewer for history.im
Simkl password encryption by Advanced Encryption Standard (AES)
Automatic software updates for newer feature version of Simkl Tray

This is our second generation of utilities for storing your precious chat history from Windows Live Messenger to Simkl servers that does not use proxy to catch and record messages. That’s why today we can offer both software based solution for WLM and non software solution for all other alternative clients such as Pigdgin, Adium, Digsby, Miranda and other instant messenger clients.

SIMKL ANTI-SPAM HISTORY CLEANER

Simkl launches new automatic Anti-Spam detection system for Simkl IM History accounts.

Now if we detect a spam contact, it will be visually displayed in your contact list as SPAM for 7 days. If you do not reply to this contact during these 7 days, the contact will be automatically sent to Trash and will not be displayed any more in the contact list. After that you will have a choice to delete all SPAM contacts or to restore some of them.

Dear Valued Customer,

This email is to notify everyone of a network maintenance window from 12:00 to 1:00 AM Sunday, September 28th. This will be our first connection disruption during last 8 months. The window is to upgrade the supervisor card in one of our distribution switches. Although this maintenance is limited to one distribution switch, it has the potential to affect all customers so we are notifying everyone. We are allowing one hour for the maintenance, but the actual downtime should be much less if the upgrade goes smoothly. We are aiming for as little as 15 minutes of downtime. Please be advised of this scheduled maintenance window and allow for adequate time to pass before opening up any support tickets during this maintenance window. 4 days before the opening of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, Simkl released a WAP\PDA\iPhone web site for IM History Viewer. The new interface is designed specifically for the needs of mobile devices. That’s why it contains a minimum amount of graphics and it is extremely easy to view your IM History logs from your phone.

What are premium points and how to get them?
Premium points are rewarded for every new active user, who came to us by your recommendation, to be exact: visited a special link that you gave to your friend.

Where can I get this special link?

How many premium points can you earn?
For each person who signs up and tests the service, you get 30 points premium. For each person who pays for the service, you get an additional 20% of all his payments, for example: if someone opened your link, tested and paid for his service for a year, you will receive 5000 points (50 days of free service).

The easiest way to get premium points – is to send out a link to all your contacts through IM message about this kind of service and persuade to test the service.
