Is there a chance to save windows live messenger history without having to download software to the local computer ?

Yes, you can use Pidgin, or any other client except WLM and insert our server address in settings and all history will be saved without installing Simkl Tray.
We have different instructions for every client (Link to instructions is located at http://history.im/)

must i download simkl tray on every pc i use to register my chat history ?

Yes, you have to install it on every PC. Currently that's the only way to catch your WLM messages.
